Plant AI provides users with tools for identifying plants, flowers, and trees via image recognition technology, as well as detecting potential plant diseases based on uploaded photographs (the "Services").

2. Disclaimer Regarding Plant Care and Disease Diagnosis

Crucial Information: The Plant AI App utilizes artificial intelligence and machine learning to analyze images and provide identification and disease diagnosis. While we strive for high accuracy, the results are provided for informational and educational purposes only.

• We do not guarantee 100% accuracy in plant identification.
• Disease diagnosis is a suggestion based on visual symptoms and should not replace professional agricultural or horticultural advice.
• You should not consume any plant based solely on the identification provided by this App. Some plants are highly toxic to humans and pets.

3. User Content and Conduct

By submitting images, texts, or other materials ("User Content") through our Services, you grant Plant AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for the purpose of operating and improving our machine learning models and services.

You agree not to use the App to upload or share content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, or infringes upon any third-party intellectual property rights.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Plant AI offers a free version with limited features and a Premium version requiring a subscription. Subscription fees are billed through the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). All payments, renewals, and cancellations are governed by the terms of the platform through which you purchased the subscription.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plant AI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; or unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
